About the Program

This program is designed for professionals who want to systematically learn project management based on the internationally recognized PRINCE2 methodology. The aim is to equip participants with the skills to plan projects, manage them through structured stages, minimize risks, and deliver results within the constraints of time, budget, and quality.

During the program, participants will learn and understand the 7 principles, 7 processes, and 7 themes of PRINCE2, and will gain practical experience in applying key concepts such as continued business justification, clear roles and responsibilities, learning from experience, and focusing on products within a project environment.

This program, delivered by PMO.az, is designed in accordance with international accreditation requirements and provides participants with the opportunity to prepare for the PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner certifications. As a result, professionals gain globally recognized knowledge and tools in project management and can further develop their careers toward higher-level certifications such as Practitioner and PMP.

Firuza Nasibzade

Firuza Nazibzade is a professional with extensive experience in project management, IT projects, and the development of international certification programs. She currently serves as the Deputy CEO and Product Owner at PMO.az, where she leads the localization and development of international programs such as PRINCE2, ITIL, Change Management, and other global frameworks for the local and regional markets.

Previously, she worked as a Project Manager and Project Support Manager at organizations such as the Institute of Project Management (Ireland) and Kronos Enterprise.

Firuza Nazibzade is also a graduate of UCL (London) and holds PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP, and IT Project Management certifications.
